Who we are and what we collect
HusiGift collects only the personal data we need to make and deliver your gifts, and we handle it in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Who we are
HusiGift (husigift.com) is a brand of Cayenne Gifts, a company registered in Singapore (UEN 53310684B). In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Cayenne Gifts, trading as HusiGift.
What we collect
We collect your name, email address and phone number; the delivery address and recipient's name and contact number; the names, messages and dates you ask us to embroider; your order history and messages you send us; and basic website usage data collected by cookies.
Payments are processed by our website and payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
How we use and share your data
Why we use it
We use your data to make, personalise and deliver your order; to send you design previews and talk to you about your order; to handle problems, refunds and our accounting records; and to send you news and offers, only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with the services we need to run the shop: our website platform (Wix), payment providers, and delivery companies such as couriers and SingPost. For overseas orders, your delivery details go to international carriers. We never sell your personal data.
Photos of our work
We sometimes share photos of finished gifts on our website and social media. We will only show a name or message embroidered for you if you have agreed. Tell us when you order if you would rather we did not share your gift.
How long we keep it
We keep your order details for as long as we need them for your order and for our legal and accounting records, then delete them.
Cookies, your rights and contact
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to make the shop work, such as remembering your cart, and to understand how visitors use the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the shop may stop working.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to us using it. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot complete an order. We will reply within 30 days.
