About these terms, prices and payment
These terms apply to every order placed on husigift.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are
HusiGift is a brand of Cayenne Gifts, a company registered in Singapore (UEN 53310684B). Contact: husigift@gmail.com.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Singapore dollars (S$).
Full payment is due when you place your order. We start work only after payment.
We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid for your order will not change.
Your order, personalisation and cancellations
Personalisation and design approval
You are responsible for the names, messages, fonts and colours you give us. Please check spelling carefully.
After payment, we email you a design preview. We make your gift only after you approve it.
Once you approve the preview, the design is final. We will embroider exactly what you approved.
Thread colours and fabric shades may look slightly different in real life from on screen.
We may decline to embroider content that is offensive, unlawful or uses another brand's trademarks or characters.
Changes and cancellations
Before you approve your design preview, you can change or cancel your order for a full refund.
After approval, your gift is being made just for you, so we cannot cancel or change the order.
Gift sets and diaper cakes
Some items in our gift sets, such as toys, clothing and socks, depend on supplier stock. If an item is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar item of the same or higher value. The number of diapers in a cake may vary with the diaper size you choose.
Responsibility and governing law
Delivery, returns and privacy
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, faulty or incorrect items by our Refund Policy, and your personal data by our Privacy Policy.
Our responsibility
If something goes wrong with your order, our total responsibility is limited to remaking the item or refunding the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Singapore's consumer protection laws.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
