Made to order, dispatched in 3-5 working days
Every HusiGift order is made to order. We dispatch within 3-5 working days of your design approval, and delivery within Singapore is free on orders over S$80.
How your order is made
1. You place your order and pay online.
2. We email you a preview of your embroidery design.
3. Once you approve the preview, we make your gift and dispatch it within 3-5 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. The 3-5 days start from your approval, not from payment, so a quick reply to your preview gets your gift to you sooner.
Delivery in Singapore and overseas
Delivery within Singapore
Orders over S$80: free delivery to one Singapore address.
Orders of S$80 and under: a delivery fee of S$10 applies.
We deliver by courier or SingPost, depending on the item.
Each order ships to one address. To send gifts to several addresses, please email us before ordering.
Overseas delivery
We ship overseas. For overseas delivery, email husigift@gmail.com before ordering and we'll send you a quote. Shipping costs depend on the destination and the size and weight of your order, so we calculate them for each order and confirm the amount with you before dispatch. Delivery times vary by country. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient.
Delays and delivery details
Delivery can take longer during festive seasons and courier peak periods. If your gift is for a specific date, tell us when you order and we will let you know if we can meet it.
Please check your delivery address and recipient's contact number carefully. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us, re-delivery charges apply.
